What are these wheels?

Hey guys,

This 4runner supposedly has dealer installed wheels from the year 2000 along with some other dealer installed items like a TRD supercharger. I've never seen these hilarious things before and they don't seem to be TRD wheels. I think some sort of aftermarket but the centers do say Toyota. Any ideas? They're so 90s-cringe I almost like them!

Look like old school American racing wheels. Likely someone just stuck a Toyota sticker on the center cap.
