It looks like some identical green ones were already cut so I'm guessing it's ok to cut the the others. I'm almost possitive this thing plugged into a XM module that I removed.
What are these wires?

Probably a speaker wire or what's left on an ignition switch wire after someone got tired of the alarm F'n up.

That box looks like the module for an old Parrot CK3000 Bluetooth kit. The wires connected to the green and green/black are speaker outputs. Chances are you have a microphone cable floating around in there also. I would guess that the green and green black run up to a speaker in the dash center channel location or to a small enclosed speaker under the dash.

Thanks for y'all's input. I just went on and tore it out along with the rest of my XM module wiring. I thought it was speaker wire since I remember green is usually speakers. Fortunately I put in new speakers so that doesn't matter. Tested it and everything works and there's less clutter behind the dash now.
