I'm curious what these 2 posts are? They are right behind the front bumper. Both are crumpled and I'm also curious if that is a big deal or something to be worried about? Thanks all

They're crush supports.. If you get in a wreck it is suppose to absorb some of the hit. If they're crumpled then would only make since that you're front end has been wrecked?

I may have rear ended someone at one time, and might have hit a deer at about 50...but no bad damage from either hit. So can the crush supports be removed, or replaced with ones that haven't been crushed?

hahaha yeah you can remove them. They are held on with a bolt in the center. Take off your front bumper and unscrew each bolt and hit em off with a hammer as they'll probably be kind of stuck on there.
