I decided to take off early today, I worked my ass off this week and deserve some fun time.

So I stopped by Colorado Plus Brewing and I am having a sampler of different IPA's.

-Big Choice: Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster Session IPA
-Comrade: Super Power IPA
-CO Plus: Bitter off Dead DIPA
-Epic: Tart & Juicy *Kettle soured IPA

After there I'm going to go to my nieces and nephews Fall/Oktoberfest celebration at their Parochial school.

They always have some good beers and food to chose from there and lots of nice folks with happy, crazy and hyper kids.

After that I am going to come home and make some Bourbon Ice Cream with the wife and drink some bourbon while I do it.

Nothing like fall in the Rockies!

It's at several of the liquor stores around Knoxville TN from $9.99 to $19.99 a bottle. I enjoy a few every season it is released but it's not something I would drink often.

I'm mostly a beer guy. The craft brewing upsurge has been wonderful. I prefer mostly hoppy pale ales and reds. Also a good IPA hits the spot too.

My favorite lately has been a beer called Commotion by Great Raft in Shreveport, Louisiana. It's a perfect balance of hops and delicious.

I'm drinking "Boom Sauce" from Lord Hobo Brewing. Pretty good fruity NEIPA.

Also broke open a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel Cask Strength "O.B.S.F." recipe. One of my all time favorite Bourbons. Yummy.

ETA: Forgot to add I had a shit ton of "Brosaic" from Melvin yesterday that was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!

The Hull Melon/Mandarina Bavaria/Mosaic Hopped Session IPA I kegged 2 weeks ago was finally fully carbed and ready this afternoon.

I''m digging the hops combo. Very fruity. Hints of strawberry, blueberry, melon, orange, citrus, tropical fruits and a hint of pine.

Will be brewing this one again!

Focal Banger is ok, Surely NO Heady Topper!! But still good none the less.
