Yeah, I love the look of that red. And I agree the spoiler doesn't look good, however I think the window guards don't look too bad. Plus if you live in Oregon and smoke with your windows down those would be really nice to have. Everytime I turn a corner I get pissed on by the roof lol.

Awwwwww mannnn...my truck must be really that ugly! LOL...this is the first time I have seen this and am actually not quite offended by the the comments prior to this.
Every owner on this forum has different tastes and preferences that appeal to a wide range of an audience; it is also reflective through the modifications and additions they add to their 4Runners/Hilux Surf.
In every aspect, I have been strongly inspired by the Japanese Domestic Market and have attempted to bring in as many parts off 4Runners from Japan into the United States to create my own interpretation. I know that it may not be everyone's cup of tea nor does everyone agree with the build, but it truly comes down to how I want my 4Runner/Surf to look.
I appreciate everyone's comments, whether it may be negative or positive, but it is evident that I do not included myself into that typical 4Runner niche. At the end of the day, I can truly say there is no other 4Runner on the road that looks like mine; at least in my part of town!
Please...criticism and opinions are welcomed. It only helps me filter out and examine what mods I should add next to my truck.

THAT is the way to look at it!! I meant no offense by my first comment. It's just not appealing to me. I had a guy come into my work and ask if that was my 4Runner and I told him it was and he asked why I ruined such a great car with the lift. I told him that I enjoy off roading and the 4Runner performs great off road and its what I wanted. He shrugged and said that he doesn't like it. I just shrugged and said "to each his own" but I still look at my 4R as my baby and love how I built her.
My comment was no way intended to offend anyone.

I've seen THE BUSINE$$ rig in that area all the time lol I live about 3 blocks down from there by the Temple City kmart, as for SIKHILUXSURF I haven't seen yours yet. We should all get together local Runners and have a mini meet or photoshoot lol. Just as soon as my truck is outa the shop that is...

I'm actually closer to valley Blvd. since i live in Alhambra.i just managed to spot Carlos's rig at his dad's work.on friday's you should be able to catch me around the 626 figuring out what me and the wife want to eat for dinner. but yeah defiantly we should plan a local meet.
