The residue from the instant tire inflator got on my rims. What should I use to remove it without causing any damages to my stock rims? The residue has cured and harden onto the rim. I'm thinking of using paint thinner or acetone to loosen up the bond and then wipping it off. I have the five blade alloy rims. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
