1988 3.slow manual 186k miles
"Rebuilt motor" pro comp lift. Interior is decent but the headliner is cherry!
What would you pay? I might get it tomorrow

If they have all the reciepts for the rebuild and Pro comp parts and the tires are in good shape, I would pay up to $3000. That is assuming there is no serious hidden rust issues.

No rust in socal. But seen the truck and the kit is new. Don't know about the rebuild. Judging by the condition of the truck. It seems as if the odometer is true

You would see one like that sell for 2500 to 3k in Missouri its hard to find a clean one here.I have bought 3 of them this year one for $500 not running rusted carpet shot. 600 for the other 2 each one is parts truck only no title the other was rusted bad and has a knock in the motor.Just to give you an idea you get what you pay for.

biz, I would not be worried about the motor IF it has been well cared for. I have an 88 with a 3.0 and automatic with 276k on it and it runs like a champ. Mine runs great, doesnt leak a drop of anything, has all the power I need, gets decent MPG (19) and has cold a/c.
I drive it around 300 miles a week and run all over NM with no worries about breakdown.

Yup, buddy down the street, has a 3.0 original block w/ 370k+
