What do you know about the 5VZ-FE?

So I've been talking about the 5VZ with people and I thought it would be fun to have a forum with just tons of info about the 5VZ. So to start this is about all I know:

-Its a 3.4L 24-valve DOHC V6
-The block is made of cast iron
-Compression Ratio is 8.5:1

The cylinder head is designed by Yamaha if I am not mistaken.

1. Very Easy to work on
2. Great Low end torque
3. Overbuilt.
