It helps to know what tire you plan on running.
If your going with a 285/70/17, the -12mm is what you want.
Also what type of 4Runner do you have? Toyota brake calipers are notorious for rubbing on aftermarket wheels--especially the larger Sport Edition brake, but all have a potential for that problem.
Also make sure to get a set of ET lugs to make you you grab enough of the short studs on 4Runner. I assume those wheels use acorn lugs rather then the stock mag lugs.
