What grade are the oil pan bolts?

I snapped the head off one of the oil pan bolts, the one that bolts into the rear main seal gasket plate.

What grade are these bolts? Can I run a grade 8.8 that I found at Ace/Lowes/Home Depot?

Those bolts aren't made to be torqued down too much at all, I'm pretty sure they are grade 3

Ditto, they are nothing special. But, you'd be fine using the 8.8 if you'd like
