That's for the rear heater.

You should have a switch on the back of the center concole by the cup holders that controls it.

lol.. ahhh I see.. Thank you for the help.. I was going crazy didnt know why it sounded like my air was on when it was off.. Had to get out of the truck and then i saw the fan lol had no clue what it was
