What is this and how do i get to it!

last question about lighting and my t4r's lighting is done. what is the bulb that is circled below? how do i get to it to replace it?

Those are your orange parking lights. If you turn your light switch so it only moves once, you can see them on.

As to get to them, there should be a connector on the backside. However, I am not 100% sure on this.

On my rig the parking lights are on the bottom section of that picture. The top is the orange DRL's//turn signals. I really liked DRL's so i just added them to my truck. It's an easy process that cost me 20 bucks on ebay. All you have to do is replace your flasher relay ( tanish colored ) with the DRL relay (black and bigger in size.) The non DRL relay has an adapter that you will no longer need. When you take off the panels around the steering wheel replacing it becomes pretty self explanatory

Someone asked about that last week, I can't find that thread. I just changed mine. You can twist the socket counter-clockwise and pull backward. The passenger's side is easy as you can use your right hand. While in the driver's side, your hand may not fit because of the battery, so move the battery and use a long nose plier to pull out the bulb.
In my manual the bulb number is 168 but most Sylvania 168s are clear bulbs, since they are front side markers they should be orange or yellow, I bought a replacement from walmart, the bulb number is 194 and the brand is GE..its yellow-orange..
