Well I have this chrome frame around the license plate. It looks like it was chrome painted and is starting to flake or something wired. I want to take it off the car and paint it. I have seen other people on here color match this area, but I never saw anyone take it off. so I'm wondering if there is a reason for that. So if I go to take it off is there anything strange I should know/have? I am assuming its held in with screws or bolts, but i would hate to get in it and find out its some one time use clip or something.
1. What is the name of this part (if there is one)
2. Is it easy to remove
3. Is there anything I will need on hand (Runner is an only child)
