What is This part called?

I was in an accident over a year ago and I have slowly been replacing and fixing things. The small trim piece just below the head lights have a name, an official name for searching and describing to junk yards. But I am not sure what it is? My truck is a 1999 SR5 2WD. I can post a picture indicating where I am referring to. Either way please help if you can.

That would be a filler panel. Part 3 and 4 on the diagram.

They're just called a filler panel when you go to buy them from Toyota.
