Hey guys I was under my car a while back and I noticed this big rubber block sitting between my catalytic and the tranny. I really don't know what the function of this is as there doesn't seem to be one and I was hoping you could help a guy out. Thanks :thumb:

The official name is a dynamic dampener. I would guess it dampens dynamically

I noticed today that my balancer was flopping in the wind under the runner, the rubber bushing section finally gave way. Zip tied it in place with HD zip ties. That part new is in the $300.00 range
Can i just remove it ? or will i feel a bunch of vibration ?

I removed mine and didn't notice any difference

I have special powers. I can sew unbelievable fast as well.

Heard a thunk the other day, so i investigated and found the giant paperweight to have side to side movement. After the answers here, i feel that it just might fall off for good.
