Was changing the battery in my wife’s 08 Sport 4.0L and saw what I thought was a large zip tie laying between the engine and battery down near the skid plate. When I pulled it out I found this. It has graduated marks on it with low and normal at the bottom and top of them. Not sure if it something that just got left in there by a mechanic at some point or if it belongs somewhere??
