OME 890's in the rear.

OME 881's in front. OME 906's in rear. ~ 1.75" lift all around.

Old pic before the running boards came off....

881s 906s + 1.5" spacers in back
OME Shocks

With the spacers, it has about a 1" rake which IMO looks better than not rake at all.

I must say I enjoy threads like this because it instantly puts together some pics of some really sweet Runners! :frog:

Front 883 Rear 890 no body lift and on 33's, the front looks higher in this picture, its not.

Thanks for all of the pictures guys. All of your rigs look sick, but just wondering what do you guys think of bilstein adjustable struts set to 2.75" and 890's in the rear?

And here is how she looks as of now.

Anyone have any pics with 883's up front and lc coils out back, be it 7, 8, or 9 wraps? Ive got 883's going on the front of my 96 and ill be running lc coils on this truck to but would like to see how much taller the rear end will be. On my last 4runner i had saw's up front cranked about 2 inches with 8 wraps and it looked good but im thinking of going with 7.5 wraps to get the rear end a little lower and make the truck less tippy.

Beautiful looking 4Runners. I am also planning to lift my 1998 4Runner using OME springs and shocks. If I aim for 3" lift using 883 coils in front and 890 coils at the back, aside from replacing the springs and shocks, what else do I need to do? Do I have to relocate the panhard, extend the brake lines, do a front diff drop? etc. I have to know before i start as I can't do it myself and I have to make sure that a competent mechanic can do it for me.

Many thanks in advance for your advice etc..

You don't "need" any of those other items. It's up to you whether you want to add them. I have 3"-4" of lift and didn't add any of them and I've been fine. Others have added them. Drive it without for a while and then of you feel you need to get the other items, then buy them.
