What products would you like to see developed for the 4runner?

My gf and I were talking about roof top tents and my biggest problem with them is that I can't get my dogs up the ladder into them

Some type of extended overhead console like you see available for a lot of Aussie trucks and I think even the FJ. Would be cool to have more room to mount a radio, switch panels, etc.

A non "universal" rear hitch mounted tire carrier (w/ swinging gate) that did not stick out 2 ft from the hatch. Like the wilco but cut/mounted at a better angle so it sits close. I am surprised none of the fab shops that make bumpers have done this.

Drop-in, no drill HID or LED headlights?

After eight years with only slight changes, the aftermarket has pretty much covered everything else. Everybody got their snorkels, no-drill roof racks, and superchargers. I don't wish for much that's not already out there.

The only thing I'm disappointed in is that all this great stuff is aftermarket instead of Toyota- or TRD-branded and available as options at the dealer.

Probably not.

You miss my point though. I'm grasping for uncharted 4Runner accessory territory and not finding a lot. As a group of vehicle owners, we're pretty lucky.
