Imagine [MENTION=152854]JasonRSG[/MENTION]'s T40R bumper, slightly modified with a stinger type hoop that would fit two or three 8" round lights that was a simple bolt on and did not require the complete/partial removal of the oe bumper

someone actually made an actual lightbar that mounted through the bumper but i think it was for the pre-facelift models only

You can get the universal bumper brackets from Rago and add the outside mount option. Along with a KC hilites Pro6 LED light bar to achieve a similar look. But it does not any bar which is I think more of what they are after vs the lights.

I can't think of any practical reason why you'd want this. It'll perform about as bad as it'd look.

More long travel front suspension option.
I'd love to have a +1 and/or +2 option that doesn't require all new suspension coilovers. Something like what FROR does for the 3rd gens. They are built for all around use moreso than optimized for desert. Long travel isn't totally necessary. Nor is a longer coilover. Just a bit wider for larger tire fitment. And their design also has quite a bit better ground clearance. It fits OEM coilover length. It absolutely does compromise high speed performance. But that's not my primary goal. This would be a better fit for what I want on my 4runner. It also retains the stock spindle.
Next on my wish list would be a conversion kit to swap the entire front IFS system from a Tundra or LC200 and a rear axle from an LC200. The rear should be easy. The front should be do-able too. The advantage would be a big improvement in strength all around. And a wider track width, with mostly off the shelf parts like axles, bearings, etc. It would of course require 5 x 6.5 pattern 18" or larger wheels. But you should be very durable even with much bigger tires.

Exactly, its more of the specific look I'm after rather than the ability to just mount lights.
I've seen the Rago/KC combo and briefly considered it until I saw the $1400 price tag.

OrangeVirus hand held tuner with multiple tunes....supposed to be in the works. Hopefully as good of results or better than the 3rd gen 2gr Tacomas have reported.

Actually, it works surprisingly well. Before we made our whole roof racks, I was running lights from crossbars and our light bracket on the factory rail setup.
