What setup is this?

I tried doing a search on Google and on here but didn't get any results. My husband says they are adjustable, we are needing to bring the front up a bit to level the Runner out. Just wanted to read up on them.

Those are Donahue (spelling?) Racing, which is now called Icon suspension. They are adjustable, but if you do not have the spanner wrenches that came with them adjusting may prove to be difficult, I would reach out to Icon and see what they say. Performance Suspension Systems, Coil-Over Shocks, Uniball Upper Control Arms, and Lift Kits for Trucks and Suv's

OP - You should really soak the threads and set screw down with some WD40 a few times before trying to make any adjustments.

You should measure from the center of your hub to your fender... Those look like they're already adjusted pretty high.
