what should i do with my fenders?

Im trying to decide what to do with my fenders. Let me know which option you think is best.


Option 1 is to rhino line them, which would look something like Kregg's ride:

Option 2 is to paint them black. I think this guy on Ultimate yota painted his. At least i think its paint...

Option 3 is to just remove them entirely then rhino line where they were before. This is what Vermejo did over on yota tech:

Option 4 is to just leave it the way it is now:

My first option would be to leave them.

If you really want to change them I would Rhino line them, but only if you do all of the cladding too.

I hate the look of 4runners if they don't flares.

Black paint/Rhinoliner on the fenders and door molding IMO. It would match up really well with your front and rear bumpers and the wheels I think

yeah i think rhino lining would look BA it would match the overall theme of your truck very well. thats my thought. either way your rig will still look sweet.

Im leaning towards rhino lining them because ever since i took my running boards off there has been a lot of chips and they are starting to get beat up. I think the rhino lining will hold up better to little rocks and stuff.

I'd say leave as is or at most paint to match

rhino lining is stupid and tacky most of the time I tihnk, not mentioning any names but I've seen some dumb rhino lining done that I'd just barf at. IMO leave it for the bed of a truck.

Painting to match though would look great with that back bumper you snagged, even a matte black (even though it is similar to the rhino, just the idea makes me think pointless [4x4 rice])

I don't care much for the rhinoline look either. If it were me I would leave it the way it is. But in the end it's your truck so do as you wish. I know a lot of people like to rhino line the fenders and cladding. Honestly, even I was thinking about doing this until I saw Kreggs ride. I just think it's way too much black.

I gave you 1 vote to paint them black. I like to paint because it is cheap and easy, plus a fresh coat of paint always looks the bizz. And you don't have to paint them black, you could use a speckled gunmetal color like I used on my wheels. I think that would look pretty trick. I always like to see what others are doing but I usually try to do things a little different, if that makes sence.

I'm not a fan of rhino lining any exterior part of a vehicle.

IMO, if you had your fenders & cladding painted instead, it'd look much cleaner.

options 1 or 2, i voted for 2 though. both would look good so i would get which ever is cheaper. i personally really dont like the look of no molding/fenders and then rhino lining.

With your lift the current look is great!

I don't like 4Rs w/o them, though the rhino-lined actually looks pretty sweet in a purpose-built-offroad-rig way.
