What $$$ should I sell it for

$8k is a steal. If you want it gone in 2 hours then sure. If you want a little money then $10-$12k is reasonable.

Having just purchased my first t4r after a ton of research and shopping, I paid just over $12k for the one in my sig with 137k. And that was a deal. So much so that I flew down to LA, and drove home 450 miles, and it was still cheaper than others I had seen around. Oh yeah, it's dead stock. No mods, or upgrades. Also zero rust. I'd start closer to $12k or above, and you'll make someone think they're getting a deal when you come down to $10500.
 
Why not ask $13k

If you're not in a rush to sell it, ask for $13 and you can have some room to lower, while still getting a good return, as well as giving a good deal.

Really? Wow I've had two people tell me I'm ridiculous for having it listed at 8k obo(but they didn't even see it) . Is it the area I live in? I'm in Pittsburgh.

Unfortunately I just bought one :-/ if you were closer I'd prolly still check it out and possibly buy it..maybe I'll decide to visit Pitt sometime soon lol

Were those two people potential buyers? If so then that makes sense as they are probably trying to lowball you. For those saying $10-12k where the hell do you live? If you look on KBB the value for his car in excellent condition is around $6500-$7000. I think yours is probably worth slightly more than that due to having some nice mods but most people wont view it that way. I just purchased a 2004 SR5 with 158k miles in Cincinnati for $7750.

Also being from the midwest, I wouldn't ask for less than 8k. I see worse here in Columbus going for the same. If you find the right buyer that is looking for a setup like yours then 8-10k would probably be what I would expect in central Ohio. Your mods may scare off the non-4x4 type of person, though. Know your market.
Also, I constantly see stock 06-08's with close to or over 200k miles being listed for $10k, not sure what the sale price ends up though. Nice 3rd gens with same mileage are listed for 6-8k
 
Yea, ppl in my area are asking ridiculous amounts for high mileage 3rd gens. For some reason the 3rd gens are almost going for more than 4th lol
