My wipers were working perfectly fine before hand. I un-bolted the wiper arms the other day while cleaning twigs, leafs and other debris out from around the base of the winshield and the plastic piece that sucks air into the cabin for the climate system. When I put the arms back on, the wipers now drag across the windshield making noise that wasn't there previously. Wonder if put them back on to tight or not tight enough. Don't have access to Haynes Manual, but thought maybe someone else does or one of the techs could help out. Thanks.
