What the heck is this and where does it belong?

I was underneith the truck last night replacing the fog lamps and found this thing floating around down there. I just bought the truck last week so I have no idea what it is or where it should go.

Any ideas?

Looks like the piece that goes right inside the front bumpers. Just below the headlights.. should snap in.

Should be one on each side.

Thank you, I checked the other side and didnt see one. This might explain why this one was "floating" around. Maybe the previous owner didnt care to replace them after working under there.

I noticed the same thing on mine last week when changing the fog light bulbs. Its actually real easy to replace. I think I holds the fogs stable since it "clicks" into place when you put it back.
