What to do with the old suspension?

Hey all!
I have finally had time to install my ToyTec Ultimate Lift Kit and Lower Ball Joints.

It sat in my Formal Living room (or as I call it: the staging area) for almost 2 months. It was difficult to see it everyday and not have the time to install it.

Question: What do I do with the old stuff? Everything looks (no leaks) and rides good. I get to be a little pack rat-ish if I still have the truck. Should I throw them away? Are they worth selling?

Lift looks good

I would either stash them away in the garage if you think you may ever want to go back to stock, or put it all on craigslist fo $100 and see if you get any takers. Or you could put an ad in the classifieds on the forum in exchange for a case of your favorite beer. I wouldn't just toss it though.

I sold my old coil springs on craigslist for $60 better then sitting in my garage taking up space

I just installed my toytec ultimate lift 2 weeks ago, i gave my old suspension components to our shop's scrap guy. I didn't think it would be worth anything.

Save the old stuff so you can put it back on if/when you sell the 4Runner. You can sell the new stuff then and come out ahead (since it's unlikely the next 4Runner buyer will pay that much extra for the aftermarket stuff - and some might be afraid your truck has been wheeled and pass on it).

Donate it to some of your friends with 1st gen 4runners, they can do a rear lift "zuk" mod style
