I put a 3in body on my 4runner when I first got it and put a 4inch suspension on it not long after (and 2in ext shackles for the rear sag). To lift it that much, you have to think about getting tires to match and gears. I have 35's and 5 29s. I am fine with the way my 4runner looks and rides, but I do not offroad it much besides a little snow and mud. It also is not my daily driver anymore.
If i were you (using it for daily driving), I would take off the body lift, get a 4 inch suspension in front, crank torsion bars down, zuk mod in rear. 33's and 4 88s.
Biggest thing, do a little research. Look at other runners and decide what you like, while keeping cost in mind. Good luck
