What to use on the dimpled area between windows?

I have a white '06 LTD and the black dimpled area between the front door window and the rear door window is not black and shiny any longer...sort of turning white. What do I use in this area to clean and protect it? Is this an area for "Back to Black" or similar products? Thanks1

I've never done anything to this area on my '03 other than wash it and it still looks as good as new. Did you wax it and leave on some residue? Unless they changed something on the '06's you shouldn't need to do anything to keep it looking good.

I just go over that with Zaino (Z2/Z5/Z6) and it looks like I just got it.
