What would you pay, 99 Limited 120k

I'm thinking about picking up a 4th gen V8 to replace my 3rd gen and I'm trying to get an idea of what this is worth.
99 Limited 4X4 green, e-locker
120k 2 owners
All maintenance done in the last year
Timing belt kit, new rad, trans cooler, plugs, all fluids, starter, wires, pcv, pads and rotors, end links, trailer brake controller, fuel sender.
New AT tires.
Oil changed every 4k.
Never off road and never used for towing.
The only downside is the paint isn't perfect. From 10 ft it's good but has some fine scratches and a small dent on the rear bumper.

What's it worth?

That depends on the area you are selling it in. I would do some homework around your area to see what others are going for. Here in central ky that would be around $7500 easy. KBB it.

8-9k I would say. Pending location and pictures of how bad this paint really is.

Can't post a pic but you can't see anything from a couple feet anyway. All it really needs is a good polish. No deep scratches. It looks good overall.
It's in northern NJ. I'm not sure there's much of a market here for 13 yr old 16mpg SUV in this area.

Less of a market out there then here in Washington for sure. I'd say you could get 7.

Any rust? That's a big issue in our area. Also, what was towed with it? The brake controller is a big red flag to me.

Probably $8-10K here in the Denver area but they are sought after here. Prices are very regional.

Zero rust on the body and just the typical surface corrosion on the underbody.
Good call about the brake controller. It's never been used for towing. In fact I haven't even plugged in the controller. I was going to tow my track car with it which is why I did the controller and oil cooler but I think I'll just borrow a buddy's truck until I can get something bigger. Maybe I'll remove it to avoid confusion.

Was it 4wd,3.4 engine? You also live where 4wd isn't in demand so it is a regional thing and sometimes people get lucky. I could easily unload my '99 with 170k on it for $7k but that's in part to being in Colorado and I have full maintenance records and lots of new parts added in the last several years.

I'm in the NE. I'd pay around 7200-7500 for it provided the rust wasn't bad.

Colorado here and I paid 7500 for a 96 Limited with 121k on it. Its in fantastic condition though with new tires. Id say yours is worth 8 to 10k easy.
