id say that looks good. not bad at all for 130k miles. man i bought a 2000 that looked about 100% like that for 8k.

if you have any questions about what to look out for (if the maintenance has been done) let me know.
id say this is a good deal if it looks as good underneath as it does on the inside and out.

I got my 99 LTD a few months ago with 127k miles, no killer stereo and needed tires for $6900 and thought that was a steal

Look in Toronto i've seen way better pricing with lower kms then that!

Pricing seems to vary greatly by locale with 3rd gen 4Runners. Here, with 4WD, that is a $6500-7000 4Runner, probably listed for $8,000.

Looks very clean up top, but these trucks are particularly susceptible to rust, so look underneath very closely. The presence of the pricey Weathertech mat is good - indicates that at least one previous owner was willing to spend $$ on the vehicle.

Replaced Timing Belt, Drive belts and Waterpump last year.
