What year 4 runner seats will fit a 2006 Tacoma

I want to tow a small travel trailer with my 06 sport truck on trips.
My wife will not ride or drive my truck very fardue to aches.
She requires adjustable seats such as available in some 4Runners.
Just hoping someone on the thread may know how I can fix this problem.
It just looks to me as those 4runner seats should fit.

Sets from an 06-10 4Runner would be the closet fit, the same range as as your gen of Taco.
