Got my rotten old 87.
I failed to heed the clicking noise of my timing chain eating a hole in my water pump. Before the coolant ruined my engine, I had 157k and running strong.
I'm probably disqualified from this thread since I have a rebuild in there now.

Been on 35s since 95 ( when it was imported from Germany) and on 38s/44s for 1 1/2 year.
