what years will 96 running boards fit?

Is it 96-98 or 96-02? They are off a 96 limited
I got a call from a guy with a 01 sr5 wanting to buy them

I just installed 98 LTD flares on an 01 SR5 with LTD-style flares (NOT the lower profile ones)
They needed to be notched on the rear bracket because the alignment pin does not match. I also redrilled one rear hole since only one hole lined up.
The flares look ok enough, but they are clearly not intended for a non-LTD body kit.
