i like the bumpers and sliders but the lift seems a little excessive to me but if your gonna be doing some muddin competitions then i guess it would fit the need.

I think that is a huge waste of money and they wrecked that truck.
Would have been so much better being stock. They could have bought 2 more trucks with all the money they wasted on mods and tires.

I would guess custom. That front bumper is way too low for a normal 4runner.

Power train and drive line all redone, possibly the frame too, at least parts of it......Not much Toyota left in that one. If done right the thing would be a beast. If not, it couldn't even turn those tires.
Looks like it was....more pics of the underside would tell much.
