What's a cheaper 5th Gen go for?

Hi guys,
I recently scored a sweet 3rd gen, 5speed, elocker, minimal rust. Plan is to fix it up a bunch and maybe sell it in a few years when 5th gens start coming up for 10-15k. Right now it seems like to get near 15k you need >200k miles. You figure that'll stay the same or get better for the buyer?

It'll be more of the same for the next few years as the popularity and MSRP of 4R has gone up quite a lot. This means used car prices will most likely go up.
