What's high mileage for Sequoia?

I've got around $5-6k to spend on a Sequoia. I'm probably going to go with a year 2000/01. What would be your cut off when it comes to mileage? 150k? Is 200k alright? This should last me a few years of regular driving. Opinions? Going 4wd with this purchase. Thanks!

I have a 2003 Sequoia Limited 4x4 with 140k. I'm the original owner. KBB value to sell to a private party was around 5k-6k last time i looked. The body has a few dents and some pinstriping (both badges of honor, IMO!) and some of the interior plastics are not 100% and the two front door speakers blew out a while ago. But mechanically? This thing is awesome. I've taken very good care of it in that regard. I trust this vehicle. In fact, i am heading out in October for a 3 week solo adventure around the western USA and decided to do it in this truck rather than a new 4runner.

I think mileage isn't really the key factor, but it certainly is a factor for the engine and drive train wear.

A key factor is the condition of the engine and drive train.

THe difference is that both suffer more from stop and go than highway miles, so, for example, you could drive a vehicle for 300K miles non stop, or drive the same 300K miles in 300K days, where the wear and tear will be completely different.

Also the weather plays a role. A California car is different than a Massachusetts car with respect to wear and tear.
