whats the best exhaust systems for 4th gen?

My Magnaflow is also a lot louder than I expected or wanted. Between ~1500 and 2500 rpms, it’s really annoying, and I had already installed sound deadening in the entire interior to hear my stereo better.

I have also considered adding another small muffler or a resonator to my system to get the sound level down.

The Ultra-quiet resonator in my signature helped a bit with my Magnaflow cat-back. I have the street series fwiw.

I installed it just in front of the muffler.

If you want to eliminate specific frequencies, you can get a 1/4 wave resonator designed to target the worst offending frequencies.

I love my magnaflow overland catback on the v8. It beefs up the v8 sound a lot. Don’t notice a ton of road noise although my boxes up top whistle and drown everything else out
