Whats the value?

So, I've always loved the classic 4Runners. I currently have a 3rd gen and am going to be picking up a 2017 next year, but this caught my eye:

I love the blue and think it just seems overall badass. Whats the normal going rate for something like this. I'd be willing to pay that, but I'm just wondering if its on par or more than normal.

If it has no rust then his price is fair. If it has any rust then he is about a 1000-3000 high depending on how much rust.
Fine comb the frame and fenders and look for bindi because that has been repainted and could hide a lot
