What's this bump on the C-Pillar interior?

Anyone know what this bump on C-Pillar interior is for? What's underneath? Wondering if I it's a lug point I could use for mounting a cargo divider. Thanks.

I have an '06 with 3rd row seats.

Ding, ding, ding....we have a winner. There are some rubber bumpers on the seats that will rest on that bump when you fold up the third row seats.
