What's up with Marlin Crawler?

I bought a shift level ball seat and shift lever socket from them. I emailed some questions beforehand and never got a response - so I just went ahead and ordered anyway. Shipping was incredibly fast.

So the ball seat was fine, the shift lever socket made my shifter stick - so in went the original back in. Since then, I've tried emailing and no response. I've tried calling and keep getting a message to call back.

WTF!? Does anyone here know them?

This is the norm. You'd be extremely lucky to get ahold of them by phone or email. Annoying, I know.

If you really need to get ahold of them, get on the Marlin forum and PM BigMike, and if he doesn't respond just start a thread in the appropriate section with your question and someone will track him down for you, or they will answer your question.

They are a pretty understaffed company and most of the time they are only using one phone line, that's why you'll never be able to get ahold of them.

Thanks for the tip - I might do that. Good thing it's only a $7 part, not a $2k transfer case.

lol yup. They will make it right regardless. Even if it was duals or an output shaft, they are good to their customers and they are great people. But not being able to get ahold of them is extremely frustrating.

I bought a $50 marlin VSS a while ago and I ended up using a different VSS. I didn't even want to bother getting ahold of them to return the thing, I'll sell it one of these days to someone who needs it.
