I tried to get the wife to name our silver '14 TE "Hi-Yo" as in "Hi-yo Silver, AWAY!" but it didn't stick.

It's now known by "truck."

My 4Runner was named Harvey a la Jimmy Stewart's Harvey. Large, white, always in trouble. It is imaginary now.

Mini = Pepper (pepper white)
Prius v = Seven (Seinfeld reference)
Rav4 = ..... TBD
FR-S = ..... TBD

My dad's coon hound just had a litter of pups and he said that my daughter could name one of them. Trav's Hard Driving Bubble. :bravo:

Ive never named a car before. But after hearing someone on a car forum say that the 2014 looked like a warthog, that instantly became its name. Even put a sticker on rhe windshield to that effect.

The 4Runner has been named by the wife and our two girls, indirectly with my help. My wife wanted a name that would reference the color (Blizzard Pearl) and size of the vehicle. Since my oldest daughter and my wife have seen the movie "Frozen" they wanted to name the truck "Marshmallow" from the movie but our oldest who is 3 couldn't say it. "Abominable" was next but even my wife had to pause to say it. I suggested "Yeti" and immediately my three year old said it clear as day and my one year put her arms up in the air and laughed. So there you have it.. "YETI"
