Wheel backspacing check

So I've been having a hard time finding the specs/sizing of these wheels that were on my truck when I bought it.

The wheel is a sport edition tk1 at 17x8. The most info I found was:

Offset: +30mm
Backspacing: 5.70"
Bolt Pattern: 6-114
Rec. Tire Size:265/65-17
Weight: 32.4lbs

So am I correct in thinking that this is basically 1.8" out wider than a stock tire? And if I were to put 275/70/17 tires on, I should be clearing my stock UCA right? No rubbing I hope.

Any feedback or insight if I have the right tires specs and if these specs, assuming they are correct, should allow me to not rub the UCA.

forgot to add, I'll be using a 3" lift. bilstein with ome/toytec springs.
