Wheel Locks

Howdy,

I read through a bunch of threads and see many don't like wheel locks but I want to get them anyway. The best look like Gorilla Guard that are more spline like with a rotating outer sleeve to prevent jimmying. I have looked at others as well and am open to suggestions

BUT

None of the wheel locks specific for my 2000 limited are correct when using well any reference. They all show a conical lug but mine is square shoulder with a washer. I have 16" Toyota alloy rims but perhaps not stock.

Any clues to part numbers for the wheel locks?

Also are all lugs threaded the same? I found some on Amazon that sure look right but all the reviews are for Hondas or other Toyotas.

Thx

No way.....well I dont know that but I know and love the Mcgard Products are the best!!!! I dont run wheel locks anymore, because of my surroundings. when I did run them the mcgard save all your info in their system and if you lose the lock they will send you the right one!!!

Thanks everyone!

I found some McGards at Pepboys that fit.

I have a hiking trip planned at a rather remote trail head and figure only a thief of opportunity would yank my wheels so this simple lock should do the trick.

Now I just gotta secure that spare….
