Does anyone know what type of wheel locks do we use? (ie. what threads, sizes?) I was just wondering if they're are the same type that is use on Gen4 Camry/1st Gen Solara? becuase I have an extra set laying around that is for the camry/solara but too lazy to try it on.

Get off your lazy butt and try!:D Or, you can call your local Toyota Parts Department and ask.

I was told that Toyota has special wheel locks that are weighted and balanced to take the place of the sixth lug. I bought mine from partznet for like $30 or so and they fit all late model toyotas with six lug wheels. I'd use the ones designed for the six lug wheels if I were you.

There are at least two different wheel locks for Toyota. There are short and long lugs. It may vary between trims, my '04 Camry SE and '05 Tacoma uses a short lock. My cousin's '04 Camry XLE and my 4Runner both use the longer lock. Take off one of your lugs and check it against your extra locks. I was able to bring my Camry to the dealer and had my buddy in parts look at the lugs. When I got the Tacoma ones, he gave me the long ones, which didn't work and I had to exchange them. To save an extra trip, I took my 4Runner lug and gave it to him to get me the correct ones.

The part number for the short one is 00276-00900 and the long one is 00276-00901.
