Wheel Spacers-Without a Lift?

Looking to get 1.25 or 1.5 All-Pro Spacers. Have 255/75/17 BFG Mud T/A's, SR5 wheels. No lift (hope to have 2.5/1.5 lift soon) I have a very small amount of rub at a full hard slow turn not a issue at all now, BUT? If I put spacers on before the lift will I just need to move the liner maybe cut the front bumper just a bit? Remove front flap's? Really want the 1.5 but worried to much for the front to take?
Anybody done this let me know.

Definitely move the liner forward and remove mud flaps. With my tires and spacers, that's all I had to do with a 1.5"lift on the front. Rear fit fine.

I have the 1.25 in. speidertrax spacers without a lift and im running 265/65 17's Nitto gapplers. I know my tire size is a bit shorter than yours but for what its worth, after the spacer install my tires only rub ever so slightly at full turn against the mud flap. Its not even worth trimming it son minor. i would imagine it would rub even more with your 70's but probably not that much; either way a minor trimming would be a quick fix. youll love the new look; a great mod for the money!!
I have an 04 and now my tires are perfectly flush with my fenders!!

i'm running 265/60/18s with no lift and the 1.25 Spidertrax and haven't ever had to remove mud flaps or move the inner liner. with your higher profile tires, that may not be the case, just trying to help though! best of luck, and believe me, they're so worth it!!

Thanks for the info this is the kind of info I'm looking for. Trying to decide if I go for the 1.25 or the 1.5 up front? I'm pretty set on the 1.5 in the rear as far as I know it would be okay to mix the 2 sizes front to back. But worried that the 1.5 (front) would be to much till I get a lift. I am preparied to move the liner do a very small amount of cutting:wow2: Thanks again to everybody's help on TR4.

and what do you know, i'd say you're definitely in luck... 4 for $150 and I'm sure you could work out something if you just wanted the 2!!

I have the Spidertrax 1.25" spacers front and rear with 265/70-17 Duratracs. With my 2" lift the tires rubbed on the front mud flaps (had to remove them at the tire place just to get home)

I also had to move the front liners forward as it rubbed pretty bad in reverse with even the slightest turn. I would think with 1.5" it would rub even worse when turning as the radius would be larger.

As a side note, my local Toyota dealer would not do brake service with Spidertrax on. Neither would America's Tire mount my new tires. They both said "Can't touch it with spacers on". Tried to educate them (hub centric vs lug centric but they both said "nope")

If I remember right the rear tire to tire width is already wider than the front tire to tire (or is it the other way around??)

I have a 2005 Toyota 4Runner Limited V8, would like to put bigger tires without lifting it. The tire size is 265/65/R17. My question is, can I get something like the Duratrac's in a 33" by installing wheel spacers? And if so, what specifically do I need to purchase/where?
How long does it usually take to install them?

Strange, when I took my truck to America's Tire to get the tires rebalanced, they didn't flinch. I watched them through the glass from the waiting area and they torqued my spacers then the wheels after they rebalanced them all for free. I did buy this set of tires from them years ago.
