Nope, that is made for a chevy/gmc and with the 25 offset will give you a backspace of 5.5 inches.. That will put your wheel 1 inch further inwards then stock and it will either a.) hit on the upper control arms or b.) hit on the brake calipers. You could possibly make it work with spacers, but that's another $200 and complicates things more.
Stock SR5 rims are 17x7 with a 12 offset making our stock backspacing to be 4.5 inches .In a 17x8 rim you want zero offset with a hub bore of 106mm minimum.
I noticed you bought your 4Runner in Greensburg. That's where I grew up! Lived over near Lynch Field ,graduated from Hempfield.

You would be the first rollin' "Double Deuces" on a Toyota truck that I ever heard of so you are in uncharted waters.Probably going to have to contact all the wheel manufacturers that makes the 22's and ask for help and tell them what specs your wheels are now.Maybe ask over on the 4th Gen side of the forum as the fit will be close to the same as your 5th Gen.
