2 questions about wheels:
1) What is the desired backspacing 88 4runner wheels (no lift)
2) What donor vehicle can provide steel wheels that are wider than factory toyota with the proper backspacing.
I like older chevy 4x4 rally type wheels. It seems they are 8.5" - 9" wide and may be an easy junkyard find, however...I'm not sure about the backspace.
I would prefer steel wheels as they will just get chewed up on the trail anyway.
