When to change Denso Cu spark plugs?

I replaced the spark plugs (Toyota OEM) 13 K miles ago. Is it time to replace these?

Can we regap the plugs? if so, what is it?

My dealer is 65 miles from where I live. I do not think I will go there anytime soon.

If its a double platinum like believe they are supposed to be, they are not gappable.

I do have to ask why you mention your dealer? 5VZ is easy. if its the 4 cylinder its easier.

You can just buy denso or ngk double plats at any parts place....
