Where can i find a shifter and a clutch master cylinder?

Which do you all prefer? I need the shifter from the part that goes into the transmission and up. My brother is looking to buy a 4runer whose shifter is broken and now Im trying to see how much it will also cost. The Clutch slave cylinder will also have to be replaced. Thanks for all the help guys.

Any auto parts store for the slave cyl, and try a salvage yard for the shifter. It would have to be from a bad tranny or you will have trouble getting someone to part out a working tranny.
