where do you buy your parts??

hey Folks,
Looking to start replacing some original parts
I'm wondering where you buy your parts.
do most of you get them at the parts store or do you buy off ebay? If you buy off ebay is there a particular buyer you deal with? Times are getting hard and with gas starting to get more expensive I need to be frugal

Depends on the parts. I try to go to junkyards if I need something that's dealer only. If it's engine/tranny then I usually buy OEM from the dealer if I can't find it used.

Chassis parts and a lot of drivetrain stuff I get from Napa because I think they are the next best thing to OEM (quality-wise) and they have a lifetime warranty on most of their stuff so at least if it breaks, I get it relaced for free.

I don't tend to buy parts on ebay unless they're OEM parts, but there are a few companies out there that make decent quality components.

A lot of our OEM sensors and whatnot are NGK or Denso brand. If you can get the part # from the dealer (or on here), you can find them cheaper online. Like spark plugs and wires for instance.
