Where Does ECM/ECU decal go?

The dealership I took my 2002 4Runner to sucks. They forgot to put the decal on the 4runner (attached) after they reset the ECM AND didn't tell me where it goes.
I've heard that it goes inside the engine compartment but don't know where.
Can someone tell me exactly where I'm supposed to stick this decal?

On the ECM maybe? I really have no clue though, lols.

Normally we'll put them under the emissions/airconditioning tags on the underside of the hood.
